 How to use our test label ? 

The use of our seal and label is only authorized if the following criteria are met:

1. The label must remain unchanged in its original form, color and content. Modifications are not permitted.

2. The label can only be used on the product pages of the tested product in question and not for other items (a certificate can only be used for the tested product). An exception can be made for product variants (Color, Size, Memory storage, Capacity, Voltage). The label can also be used for variants, provided the following criteria are met:

  • Same delivery contents.
  • Same product features.
  • Same equipment.
  • Same packaging.

In general, products can only differ on the following points:

  • Color.
  • Size.
  • In exceptional cases, other points may also be affected. Please contact customer service and let us know in advance.

3. The label may only be used during the service period (valid for 1 year).

4. The label may only be affixed to packaging, leaflets or similar items during their period of use.

  • What types of products do you test?

The Institute conducts tests in a variety of product and service categories, paying particular attention to equal opportunity. Whatever the size - whether a small brand, a start-up or a large established company - the institute offers the possibility of an objective examination of your products.   • How long does the test take and how long does it take to get the results?

After registering your product for certification and sending us two copies, you will receive the test seal within 2-3 weeks of receipt. We also publish the test report to give end-users a transparent overview of your product's quality.

  • How long can you use the label?

Use of the seal is limited to the agreed period of service. After this period, a license renewal is required in order to obtain authorization to continue using the seal. These regulations guarantee that the certification mark is up to date and relevant, in line with the latest standards and test results.
