We had an excellent experience with the delivery. We found an efficient communication process to track our order with easy access to the tracking app and accurate information. Deadlines were met, the order arrived within 3 days, even over the weekend, and the package arrived in perfect condition.

This doesn't change the way the zipper works, and it's easy to open and close.
