We had an excellent experience with the delivery. We found an efficient communication process to track our order with easy access to the tracking app and accurate information. Deadlines were met, the order arrived within 3 days, even over the weekend, and the package arrived in perfect condition.

The only surprise is the minimalist design of the zipper, which has no tongue. The zipper is therefore less imposing, making the product more compact. It's ideal for head comfort, as you don't have to feel an imposing zipper in your pillow. This is an innovative choice by the Dreamzie brand. In our tests on the zipper, we didn't notice any drawbacks to the fact that it doesn't have a pull tab. The zipper is easy to open and close.
The product is truly healthy for the user and the environment, and during our evaluations we took the time to check the authenticity of the Oeko tex label certificate.

Regarding negative reviews, several customers report that they thought they were receiving a pillow, yet the brand clearly states that these are pillowcases (pillow covers). Dreamzie does not misrepresent this, so it's a mistake on the part of the customers. Some customers have complained that the zip fastener does not contain a tab. As shown in the photos, the zip does not have a tab. In our tests on the zipper, we found no problems with the absence of a tab. This doesn't change the way it works, and the closure is easy to open and close.
Customers say the color doesn't match. In our evaluation, we received exactly the same color as on the brand's sales page. The brand states that the color may vary depending on the brightness of your phone or computer screen and is completely transparent about this.
Loved by many customers for its comfort, softness, good quality closure and excellent value for money, these pillowcases sold in sets of 2 exceed many expectations (between €9.99 and €22.99 per set of 2). The product is regarded as very practical and of good quality by many customers.
