We had a very good experience with the delivery stage. We observed a very good process regarding the communication of the tracking number with easy access to the tracking application and the exact tracking information of our order. The deadlines were respected, we received the order in 7 days, the package arrived in perfect condition. On the day of delivery, we were able to follow the progress of the parcel in real time thanks to online tracking, and observe the delivery driver's route on the map.
